Polish choir "GWIAZDECZKA" in Armenia

Not all of you may know that there is a Polish choir in Armenia called "Gwiazdeczka" (meaning "a little star").

The choir consists of 10-12 young girls all of whom have Polish roots. The choir belongs to Polish community of Armenia "Polonia" and actively takes part in different activities and events organized both in the "Polonia" and in different cultural institutions of Armenia.

The repertuar of the choir includes mainly Polish national, popular songs as well as dances. Moreover "Gwiazdeczka" sings also in Armenian and Russian too.

The choir always takes part in different intercultural festivals and contests representing Poland and Polish culture.

Music indeed connects cultures.
